Marcia: Party Hoppers

This is a Birthday Card I made for a friend. There is a pocket inside for money or a gift card.
Materials used:
Stampabilities stamp - Party Hoppers (I love House Mouse & friends!)
Prisma colored pencils & blending pencil
CTMH paper - Stardust level 2 paper pack
Twill
